Beratungsprozess
Der Beratungs- und Orientierungsprozess ist üblicherweise in fünf Phasen unterteilt: Teilnahme, Exploration, Verständnis/Zielsetzung, Intervention und Beendigung. Innerhalb des Projektes Worklife Guidance und bei den in dieser Toolbox enthaltenen Instrumenten liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Berufs- und Lebensberatung sowie -orientierung. Der Beratungs-/Orientierungsprozess berücksichtigt dabei sowohl den Blickwinkel der Organisation wie auch den des einzelnen Arbeitnehmers.
